Webquest

We should all feel pretty familiar with the 6 parts of a webquest, but just in case...

Introduction: Grab the students attention and motivate the students to complete the activity.

Task: What is the "job" that they students are being given. What the students will accomplish by the end of the webquest.

Process: Each step provided in a very systematic way to ensure student success.

Resources: Are sometimes put in a seperate area of the webquest. Usually a list of links for the students, as well as non-technological resources for students. For primary students, embedding the resources within the process is a great way to keep the webquest organized.

Evaluation: A rubric to show areas of mastery and need.

Conclusion: Time for reflection and discussion by the students with their classmates and teachers.
